For marketing and content agencies
Client content approval, without the email thread.
Send your copy to the client as a link. They edit and comment in the browser, the draft comes back to you, and you always know which version they saw.
- Free during the beta
- Clients just need a browser
- Built for words, not design files
Subject: Fresh bread, every single morning out of the oven at 6 a.m.
Our spring menu is here, with a new rye, a lemon loaf, and the return of the cardamom bun. Get the rye before it sells out.
How it works
A content approval workflow in three steps
Each round goes out to one person and comes back to you.
- Step 1
Send the copy
Paste the draft, or tell ChatGPT or Claude “send this to Dana for approval.” The client gets one link.
- Step 2
The client edits in place
No downloads and no new software. They change words directly and comment on the lines they want rewritten.
- Step 3
You get it back and decide
Every change returns to you, marked. Accept or dismiss each comment, then send the next round or mark it complete.
Why switch
Why not just email the doc?
Approval by attachment works fine until the third round.
| Emailing attachments | Final Version | |
|---|---|---|
| The latest version | Dig through the thread for final_v4_CLIENT.docx | One link, with the latest version on top |
| What changed | Compare two files by hand | Every edit is marked in place |
| Who has it | Two people edit two copies | One person holds the draft at a time |
| The record | Search your inbox to prove it | Every round: who sent it, who reviewed it, what changed |
| The next draft | Retype the feedback into your doc | Your AI reads the edits and writes the next version |
A record of every round
Know exactly what the client saw
Every round is on record: who sent it, who reviewed it, what they changed, and which comments were accepted.
When someone asks “who changed this line?” three weeks later, open All versions instead of your inbox.
- Each round shows who sent it and who reviewed it
- Comments keep their outcome: accepted or dismissed
- Take a draft back anytime if plans change
- Round 1The agency shares the first draft with DanaShared
- Dana’s review5 edits, 2 commentsReviewed
- Round 2The agency revises with ChatGPT and shares it againRevised
- Dana’s review1 edit, no commentsReviewed
- DoneThe agency marks it complete and copies it outComplete
Made for client work
Copy review that keeps you in charge
Clients edit, not just comment
Clients change the words themselves, and you see every change marked, so nothing gets lost in translation.
Every round comes back to you
You decide who sees the draft next. A client can suggest a colleague, but you make the call.
Private by default
Only the people you share a draft with can see it. Your work in progress stays private until you send it.
Works with your AI
Draft in ChatGPT or Claude, then say “send this to the client.” When it’s back, your AI can write the next version.
